Accomplished Claim Specialist and Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record of administering complex project contracts on behalf of some of the largest private/public sector construction/infrastructure projects in the Middle East and Sri Lanka—where my contributions over the past 15 years have encompassed significant claims settlements; having successfully drafted, negotiated, and settled in excess of US$ 50 million in claims settlements on behalf of both my current and previous employers.
