Roy Andrew is a chartered quantity surveyor who has over 29 years’ experience in the construction and engineering sectors. He is an experienced and respected expert whose services are specifically sought after in connection with high value complex contract disputes both domestically and internationally. He has been appointed as expert on over 40 occasions in the fields of quantum and delay and has testified in court where he was noted to be “great during cross-examination”.
