Arush Khanna is the co-founder and Partner of Numen Law Offices, a multi-disciplinary law firm with offices at New Delhi and Mumbai. Arush specializes in commercial disputes with a key focus on Arbitration, Insolvency, Real Estate, Projects & Construction. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London and a member of the YMG, CIArb India Branch. He was recently appointed as India’s Ambassador by the Vienna International Arbitral Centre. Arush was appointed India’s National Representative before the Young Lawyers Committee (YLC) of the International Bar Association in 2017. He now holds the position of the ‘Membership Officer’ of the IBA Young Lawyers Committee. He is also a member of the India Working Group.
