Personal bio

I was a consulting engineer(mechanical) for about 13 years since 1979 including a stint as a resident engineer for M&E works for a RM200 MILLION project in Malaysia . Called to the Malaysian Bar in 1992 and have since been practising as an advocate & solicitor specialising mainly in Construction law, Arbitration and Adjudication , and in general areas of Contract law and Tort . I am a Professional Engineer(Malaysia) registered with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia since 1985, a Corporate member of the Institution of Engineers,Malaysia and a member of the Malaysian Bar . I have acted as Sole Arbitrator , Presiding Arbitrator and Party Advocate in a number of arbitrations and as an Adjudicator .
