I have participated in an adjudication relating to significant wind damage to a sports stadium and attended the adjudication hearing as an expert representative of my employer. I have been involved in a dispute in relation to a building structure which was resolved at a mediation. I am actively involved matters acting as an expert witness I have had involvement in many construction disputes which did not require formal means of resolution.
