I assist towards the resolution of cross-border commercial disputes between clients from civil law background (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Canada) and Australasian based entities in relation to contracts governed by common law in Malaysia, Singapore and Australia. Representing either the parent company or the local subsidiary on instruction of the parent company. I rely on a mix of negotiation, mediation and arbitration, all combined in the best interest of my clients and in compliance with local laws and locally accepted practices.
