I have worked as an international (re)insurance claims resolution professional for over 20 years. I have spent the majority of this time specialising in the resolution of complex and / or contentious insurance and reinsurance claims for clients based in the Americas (Latin America, Caribbean and the USA), but my experience also extends to major loss claims in Europe, CEMEA and Asia.

I have lead and successfully concluded a number of negotiations, as well as participating as part of a wider team in formal mediations on some significant claims in the last 20 years (many of which have been subject of international headlines and of significant public interest).

I am fluent in English and Spanish, and my broad international experience - which comes from having worked extensively overseas and also from having lived and worked full-time in four countries - allows we to work comfortably across different cultures and to bring parties together to find a resolution to their complex claims
