Ava Borrasso C.Arb has served as arbitrator and counsel in numerous arbitrations. She sits as sole, panel, chair and emergency arbitrator in international and domestic arbitrations in disputes involving international distribution and trade agreements, financial services, business torts, construction and sport. She is on CIArb's' Presidential Panel of Arbitrators and the Panels of the ICDR, AAA complex and commercial panels, Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) Reserve Panel, BVI International Arbitration Centre, Court of Arbitration for Art and ICC listed. With over 30 years of experience, she has acted as lead counsel in complex commercial disputes before the ICDR, AAA, and ICC, as well as before state and federal courts. Before establishing the firm in 2015, she was a partner with a prominent international arbitration and litigation boutique for nearly a decade handling complex cross-border commercial disputes. She is admitted to practice in Florida (1994) and Illinois (1990 inactive). She is a Chartered Arbitrator and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She is a member of the Executive Committee (former) and Board of Directors of CIArb's North America Branch.
