I was previously involved in an arbitration matter involving 2 large construction companies in Malaysia. One party was a road builder and another was a contractor. The arbitration proceedings took almost 4 months to complete. I have also been involved in several adjudication proceedings in Malaysia, where I had sat as adjuicator under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012.
