Personal bio
Victor is the past Chair of the Thailand Branch of the CIArb (2019 to 2021) and past Chair of the Commission on Arbitration and ADR for ICC Thailand (2004 to 2012 and 2017 to 2019). He has accepted over 55 appointments to sit as an arbitrator and 35 appointments to act a party representative in arbitration proceedings. He has sat as an arbitrator in arbitrations conducted under the arbitration rules of the ICC, SIAC, TAI, VIAC and UNCITRAL where the governing law was English, Indian, Malaysian, Nepalese, Singaporean, Thai or Vietnamese law.
