Participated in more than 300 mediation and arbitration matters as party representative, mediator, sole arbitrator, arbitration panel member, and arbitration panel chair. DR trainer in Latin American countries. Prior to limiting practice to dispute resolution, was active litigator, tried more than 450 cases as lead attorney, and presented appeals in state and federal courts. Extensive experience in domestic and international employment and trade union cases, with experience also in commercial and personal injury matters.
