In my capacity as an in house counsel and ultimately General Counsel of MasterCard Worldwide, a global technology and financial services company. I managed many mediations and arbitrations in a number of different areas including: commercial, antitrust, intellectual property, insurance and employment cases. As President & Chief Executive Officer of the CPR Institute, I ran a dispute resolution provider and leading thought leader in ADR. In that capacity, I led the organization's adoption of new and innovative Arbitration Rules, spoke around the world on best practices in arbitration and wrote extensively on ADR.
