As a dispute resolution lawyer and mediator, I have handled a wide range of matters in various practice areas. Some of my notable experiences include the following matters: • Mediating various consumer-related disputes, including renovation, real estate, and sale and purchase contracts. • Acting in commercial disputes across a range of practice areas. Recent experience includes acting for a Delaware-incorporated company in an appeal to the Singapore Court of Appeal against a top-tier airline company in respect of a breach of an aircraft purchase agreement, and acting for a group of claimants in a class action against a country club in respect of implied terms arising from the membership contract. • Acting for and advising individuals and families in various non-contentious and contentious probate and trusts matters, such as acting for a settlor of certain family trusts, whose trusts became unwound following the family’s relocation to the US. • Acting for and advising various individuals on potential claims for medical negligence against various medical practitioners and/or health care providers, and in personal injury cases. • Advising various individuals on employment matters, including potential breaches of restrictive covenants and negotiating employment terms. • Acting for and advising individuals and families on matrimonial matters such as divorce, relocation, ancillary matters, and financial arrangements, such as an application for financial relief based on foreign matrimonial proceedings.
