Personal bio

44 years of professional experience viz. as an independent Arbitrator with a robust background in Civil Engineering, Law, Finance and Human Resources.

I am also an Adjunct Lecturer at Quaid-I-Azam University (QAU) where I teach Business and Administrative Law to Bachelors of Business Administration (B.B.A.) - where I strive to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical application.

I have acted as an independent Arbitrator in over 20 complex commercial disputes, and in various other roles in the field of ADR

My work as a Legal Adviser / Counsel involves conducting thorough analyses of disputes to identify key issues and underlying interests of parties, designing and facilitating fair and efficient arbitration processes.
