Former in-house Legal Advisor for the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, working with the Authority's Projects Department from November 2013 until January 2022 on the construction programme for the Authority's major new arts and culture hub development in Hong Kong. Previously employed as an in-house Government counsel dealing with claims and disputes on the Hong Kong Government's construction programme. and other matters (1985 to 2013).
