Personal bio
Allen’s practice focuses on energy, engineering and infrastructure projects in South-east Asia. He is among the inaugural batch of select practitioners to be recognised as Accredited Specialists in Building and Construction Law by the Singapore Academy of Law. Allen is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and sits as an arbitrator on disputes administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), the ICC Court of Arbitration (ICC) and the Law Society of Singapore. He is on the panel of arbitrators for the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA), the Chinese Arbitration Association, the Law Society Arbitration Scheme and the Reserve List of the SIAC's Panel of Arbitrators. He is also on the Panel of Neutrals of the Law Society Neutral Evaluation and Determination Scheme.
