Bok Thian has more than 25 years of working experience in Tender management, Commercial Construction Contract administration and Procurement process to meet the anticipated Budget. Oversee and administer multi disciplines projects from inception stage to final completion stage, with extensive field experience in administrating, strategizing, monitoring and analysis of construction requirements for fast paced infrastructure projects. Capable in planning and implementing a sound and sustainable procurement process, including sourcing strategy, suppliers selection and evaluation, quality management and performance measurement to perform cost-saving and cost reduction strategies. Presently he is in the Senior Lead Role to organise and perform coordination with full range of senior professionals and performs technical duties involved in the preparation, finalisation, analysis, and administration of all infrastructure construction projects during inception stage until final completion stage.
