Personal bio
I am a lawyer of over 34 years at the Nigerian Bar. I worked with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) for 19 years in various departments and capacities. I served in both SEC internal and market wide Committees in the Nigerian financial system. I am fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSAN) and an Associate of several other professional associations.
