An experienced Coastal Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the government administration industry for large land development projects. A strong engineering professional with a Double Master of Science (M.Sc.) focused on Hydraulic Engineering from Delft University of Technology and National University of Singapore and Master in Public Administration from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. Recently, trained in International Arbitration and joined the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) as a Member. As the Project Director for the land development projects in Pulau Tekong, Singapore previously. His projects have won numerous international and local awards which include “Energy Globe National Award Singapore” in 2018, “Public Sector Pro-Enterprise Initiative” in 2016, Excellence in Public Service Award’’ (ExPSA) in 2016 etc. He received “Executive Development & Growth Exchange (EDGE) Scholarship 2011” awarded by the Ministry of National Development Singapore and was also featured in Singapore Newspapers “The Straits Times (ST) Singapore” on 14 Nov 2015 and 28 May 2011.
