Allana-J Joseph is an Associate in the Litigation and Restructuring practice in Conyers’ BVI office. Her practice covers the full spectrum of cross-border commercial litigation spanning insolvency proceedings, shareholder disputes, court ordered restorations for dissolved BVI companies, contentious trusts litigation, as well as emergency interim relief and asset tracing measures including Norwich Pharmacal relief. Allana-J regularly appears as lead counsel in commercial matters before the High Court, Commercial Court and the Eastern Caribbean Court of Appeal.
