I have over 7 years of legal experience in common and civil law countries advising in a broad range of complex disputes across several sectors: oil and gas, shipping, large scale infrastructure, telecommunications, international trade, banking, IT and yachting.
I have significant commercial, investment and sports arbitration experience with seats in France, Switzerland, Russia, UK, Hong Kong and Singapore. I have been involved in litigation in the high courts of England, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, France, BVI, and Switzerland. I have also participated in white collar fraud trials and investigations, pre-dispute and enforcement proceedings.
In addition to my disputes practice, I have knowledge of corporate, trade, commercial, financial, maritime and shipping law. I have on numerous occasions advised on sactions matters and acted for states and state-related entities. I also act as an arbitrator, negotiator and mediator and have an extensive experience in business development.
