Personal bio

I spent the first part of my career working in information technology specifically as a high-level project management consultant in the banking and finance sector with responsibility for drafting and appraising service and delivery contracts incorporating the complex governance and compliance aspects of the financial sector into project delivery. In 2015 I graduated with a first-class honour’s degree in photojournalism from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David. Whilst working as a freelance press and event photographer, I also established a legal compliance practice that focussed on privacy issues. Later I broadened my practice to encompass my previous experience of corporate law and the real-world application of copyright considerations in creative and journalistic media. 2019 saw me being awarded an LL.M. with distinction after studying the Master of Laws course at the University of South Wales at the same time as building my legal practice. I also provide advice and support on sports governance matters with many Welsh national governing bodies of sport on my client list alongside the Welsh Sports Association. Since graduating with my LL.M., I have continued my professional studies and attained Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. I am also a member of the executive committee of Public Law Wales and hold professional Associate membership of the Royal Photographic Society.
