Another client testimonial states: "Eugenie is highly intelligent and quickly gets to the crux of matters. She's creative, persistent, has a strong pen and is verbally very persuasive" (Chambers USA, 2022). "She brings great tenacity, energy and positivity to the team. No issue, however complex, cannot be resolved or turned into an opportunity" (Chambers USA, 2023). Clients consider Eugenie "an exceptionally talented, solutions-focused lawyer with the aptitude to view a case from the 30,000 foot level and give sound strategic advice, while being equally driven to dig into the nuts and bolts personally, leaving no stone unturned, to deliver a win" (Chambers USA, 2023).

Eugenie serves as Vice Chair, Communications, and Chair of the Young Members Group for the North American Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She also serves as regional representative of the ICC's Young Arbitration & ADR Forum (YAAF) in North America. Eugenie has extensive experience representing clients in international arbitrations governed by the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), and the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), and domestic arbitrations under the American Arbitration Association (AAA), International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR), and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) arbitration rules. She has also handled a number of construction disputes governed by the ICC Dispute Board Rules.
