Amy Foust assists clients in preventing and resolving disputes. With international experience as both a patent attorney and an R&D scientist, Ms. Foust brings special insight to disputes arising from technology-driven relationships, such as licensing, development, co-development, co-marketing, manufacturing, and confidentiality agreements. Her arbitration experience includes contract disputes in a variety of fields, often involving disputes over adequacy of performance or conditional performance. She has worked with a wide range of technologies, including medical devices, biologics, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, pet foods, dentifrices, personal care products, consumer goods, online services, computer modeling and simulation, image processing, robotics, lyophilization, and vapor-phase deposition.
