With over four decades of leadership experience, including senior roles as Chief Executive, Harbourmaster, and Chief Coastguard. I bring a unique perspective to mediation. Now a full-time mediator, my focus is on advancing Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) across diverse sectors. Having worked extensively in Hospitals and Health services mediating change in dysfunctional teams, I specialise in navigating complex team and group dynamics, with a proven track record in commercial, corporate, boardroom, and employment disputes.
My mediation style adopts a mediative coaching approach fostering collaboration, supports sustainable outcomes, and is informed by both my executive background and extensive mediation practice.
I believe that mediators must not only resolve conflicts but also create environments that encourage trust and forward-thinking solutions. My approach balances keen business insight with a deep understanding of human dynamics, making me particularly effective in resolving multifaceted disputes involving multiple stakeholders or intricate corporate contexts.
