Mr Aimé MBARUSHIMANA LL M, MCiarb

Mr. Aimé Mbarushimana is the Managing Partner at “Precious Law Chambers”. .He provides expert legal solutions through representation in courts of law and arbitration.

Mr. Mbarushimana has distinguished himself as an excellent attorney for over 18 years in the Rwanda Bar Association (RBA) and the East Africa Law Society (EALS). He sits at the Board of Directors of the African Arbitration Association (AfAA) and is a Committee Board Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) Rwanda.
Aimé is experienced in Corporate Law, General Business Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR); with membership in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCiarb), the Kigali International Arbitration Center (KIAC), the African Association of Arbitration (AfAA) and the “Association pour la Promotion de l’Arbitrage en Afrique (APAA)”. He has been appointed as arbitrator and has represented parties in arbitration proceedings in different capacities.

Aimé is an International Accredited Mediator with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) of London, The Edwards Mediation Academy (EMA) and an Accredited Court-Annexed Mediator with the Supreme Court of Rwanda.
