Rozana ALTayyar is a Financial Consultant, Certified Mediator, International Arbitrator and Founder & Managing Director of TASWEA Financial Consultancy which promotes Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) within the business community in Saudi Arabia & GCC supporting business sustainability and commercial relationships. She is a pioneer in advocating for mediation in Saudi and the GCC by speaking at universities and Family business conferences. To promote awareness on conflict management, Rozana developed and conducted conflict management training programs to corporate clients in Saudi Arabia. She has also delivered a number of mediation trainings at the Saudi Centre for Commercial Arbitration(SCCA) in Riyadh. Rozana has 14 years of Corporate Banking experience at SABB (Associated Company of HSBC Group) managing large corporate accounts from various sectors include airline, Real-estate, Food manufacturing and the automobile sector where in addition to negotiating the financing of large deals, she also mediated disputes between the client and various departments within the bank.
