Personal bio
As a civil litigator of over 30 years' experience, I am often involved in negotiations and mediations with some knowledge of arbitrations. I have plenty of hands-on and direct trial experience as well appearances before numerous tribunals, panels and commissions. That experience includes drafting and advisory work and inevitably invokes many aspects of conflict resolution and persuasion. Called to the Bar (England & Wales) in 1992 and latterly admitted as an Attorney in the Cayman Islands since 2014, I retain dual-qualified practicing status. My workload covers a wide range of civil litigation matters, including employment, professional liability, land and property disputes, contractual disputes and claims in negligence, personal injury and family matters across a range of quasi-judicial bodies and in Courts up to the Court of Appeal.
