Personal bio
Retired Parliamentarian and former Qc Environment Minister. During political career, involved mainly in Environment and Indigenous Affairs. Participated as Canadian Head of Delegation or Delegate in numerous UN Conferences of the Parties. Represented Canada on the Standing Committee of Parliamentarians of the Arctic Region and of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly.
