Serah is the Deputy Head of Chambers at Tunde Ogunsakin & Co Legal Practitioners, and a Partner with the law office of Seson Legal Practitioners. (“SLP”). She holds a Master of Laws with a certificate of specialization in International Business Law from Birmingham City University, UK. She acquired a first degree in Law (LL. B) from the University of Jos, Nigeria. Upon her successful completion of her professional training at the Nigerian Law School, she was called to the Nigerian bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Over the years, Serah has succeeded in building a reputable career in the legal profession through a combination of active legal practice and academic research. As a dedicated and passionate professional, her expertise covers Corporate & Business Law, Insolvency Practice, Commercial Litigation and Arbitration. She has been involved in different academic, research and career development engagements thereby contributing her share to the advancement of the law. She has contributed to legal articles and also presented papers on diverse areas of law. She has also frequently participated as a panelist in several intellectual discourse. She has acquired considerable expertise in arbitration and other Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms. Serah is a Notary Public, She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the Chartered Institute of Arbitration, England. Commonwealth Lawyers Association, The African Bar Association, The Section Business Law-NBA, The International Dispute Resolution Institute, and the Nigerian Institute of Management. Serah enjoys intellectual exercise, travelling and networking.
