I believe that there is a void in Guyana regarding the application of construction law and, to an extent, the prevalence and availability of Arbitration as an alternative means of dispute resolution. I hope to change this by contributing more to the legal field of construction by promoting the need to implement laws governing the construction industry and the use of Arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution methods to settle construction-based disputes.
