• Pre-contract Technical Documentation and its evaluation. • Resource and Cost loaded Project programme, with associated Histograms, for Pre & Post contract stages. • Project Control Reports, which includes preparation of: KPIs, Dashboard, Cashflow, Earned Value Analysis, Submittal & Procurement Schedules, Gant charts, etc. • Claims Management, includes administration of requisite Notices, Interim Particulars, Cause & Effects, etc. • EOT claims, by implementation of suitable delay analysis methodology; and assessment of reasonable entitlement. • Administration for FIDIC suite and bespoke type of contracts, by appropriate interpretation of parties’ liabilities. • Risk assessment, its’ mitigation and opportunities monitoring. • “Expert Witness Reports” for assessment of delays to the completion of projects, to aid Dispute Resolution Process.
