Senior Counsel, Supreme Court of Singapore. Solicitor, England & Wales. Advocate & Solicitor in Singapore for over 40 years. I am the founding and current Dean of the School of Law at the Singapore University of Social Sciences. I have been a Senior judge in the State Courts of Singapore, retiring in 2014. I am a past President of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators. I have been appointed arbitrator in arbitrations both locally and internationally. I have also appeared as Counsel in arbitrations involving both common law and civil law. My areas of arbitration practice include Construction & Engineering, Maritime and Commercial disputes.
