Personal bio
I have undertaken approximately 400 mediations in commercial and other disputes since taking silk in 2003 in Victoria, Australia. I have also arbitrated commercial disputes both of a domestic and international nature in recent years, even before completing CI Arb courses. My trial and advice practice remains principally in general commercial law but with specialisation in professional liability claims involving directors, lawyers, environmental consultants and a variety of other professional disciplines.
