Over 30-years experience as a surveyor specialising in disputes between landlords and tenants of commercial property including over 25-years experience as an expert witness in ADR and Court proceedings. Specialist areas include rent reviews, lease renewals (rent and disputed terms), repairs (terminal and interim dilapidations), disputed landlord consent cases and disputed exercise of lease break options. RICS President's Panel Arbitrator for both rent and non rent disputes.
