Jacek Szczytko is an Associate in the FinTech Practice at Dudkowiak Putyra Law Firm (www.dudkowiak.com). As a trainee attorney, he is a member of the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.

He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Trade Law from the University of Aberdeen School of Law and a Master’s degree in Law (Magister iuris) from the Adam Mickiewicz University Faculty of Law and Administration.

Jacek has extensive experience in regulatory compliance, having worked in in-house roles for several European multinational corporations across industries such as healthcare, construction, insulation production, freight shipping, and logistics. In these positions, he developed and implemented comprehensive legal strategies, ensured strict adherence to regulatory requirements, and safeguarded corporate interests.

As a Polish legal professional specializing in domestic and international mediation, Jacek offers a distinct blend of expertise and cross-border insight into the dispute resolution process. He serves as a facilitator and mediator and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb).
