25 years construction and engineering arbitration and litigation experience including professional negligence actions and several international arbitrations as a solicitor. More recently as arbitrator dealing with commercial and professional disputes as well as international matters involving a sovereign state, and a multi-national corporation and a dispute concerning professional fees regarding a work in resect of the design of a condominium. Visiting Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for International Studies, London School of Economics. Research: International Law and Arbitration. Module Leader in International Dispute Resolution at BPP University College and also Module Leader in International Commercial Arbitration at the University of East London. Author of several professional books on exert evidence, construction litigation, arbitration and partnerships disputes. Most recent publication on international law and arbitration: Instruments of Peacemaking 1870-1914 (Hart Publications Oxford, 2021).
