I am a certified contract and commercial management expert having more than 30 years of diverse experience across Middle East and India in various industry sectors including Oil & Gas and Petrochemicals. I am a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and also have a master’s degree in Construction Law and Arbitration. I am a certified member of various leading institutes like Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (U.K), World Commerce & Contracting (U.S.A), Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (U.K) and Institution of Engineers (India). I have played pivotal roles in commercial management transformation projects and assumed key commercial roles in brown and green field projects that have built some of the largest down-steam assets in the MENA region. I advise on critical contractual matters related to both buy-side and sale-side contracts; specializes in drafting, negotiating and managing complex agreements associated with high value deals. I actively promote awareness on commercial and contract management principles and best-practices, conduct contract-management workshops, author articles on contract law published in journal having international readership; and speak at procurement and project management summits.
