Neil Kirkpatrick BSc (Hons), DipICArb, LL.M, FCIArb, FRI, FRICS, FCIOB Neil Kirkpatrick is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Chartered Construction Manager, Arbitrator, Expert Determiner, Adjudicator, Mediator and Expert Witness in quantum technical matters and delay. His experience encompasses large scale development, construction projects and issues in dispute across building, engineering, infrastructure, marine and the resource industries. He has over two decades of experience assisting clients, consultants, development companies and contractors internationally, solving problems and helping to reach agreements, undertaking multidisciplinary roles on a broad range of projects that have embraced all stages of the project life-cycle. Neil has gained experience on all sides of industry and has been appointed by blue chip clients to manage and construct varied developments in addition to appointments on matters in dispute and representation of parties involved with various dispute tribunals.
