Mohammed has extensive experience in the field of law and legal consultancy for over 14 years, Mohammed received his Bachelor of Law degree in 2007 and a Master's degree in International Commercial Law from The University of Salford, Manchester, UK in 2021. Mohammed Nagib is registered as an appellate and constitutional lawyer at the Bar Association of the Arab Republic of Egypt and is a member of CIArb, Mohammed worked as a lawyer in Egypt and then joined the work as a legal consultant in Kuwait for two years, then joined a number of local and international law firms in Saudi Arabia and finally took over the position of Legal Affairs Manager of an international company in Saudi Arabia. Mohammed’s experience in Saudi laws is exceeds eleven years, Mohammed Nagib specializes in corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions and commercial cases.
