Rustambekov Islambek Rustambekovich Vice-Rector of the Tashkent State University of Law, Doctor of Law, Professor of the Department of Private International Law. Graduated LLB in 2007 and LLM in 2009 from the Tashkent State Institute of Law. He is designated member of the arbitration panel of the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) from the Republic of Uzbekistan. He is listed in the list of arbitrators of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC), the Asian International Arbitration Center (AIAC) in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), the Independent Arbitration Institute in Delos, Tashkent International Arbitration Centre (TIAC), Ukrainian Arbitration Association (UAA) and International Arbitration at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
