Personal bio

Formerly of the New South Wales Bar, Angelina has extensive experience advising in litigation and ADR on a wide range of large and complex commercial and equity matters throughout Australia and Asia for a wide variety of companies and high net worth families. Angelina's expertise includes resources, ESG and digital/tech law. She is a co-founder of the Digital Law Association (https://digitallawassociation.com/), a charity dedicated to advancing a fairer, more inclusive and democratic voice at the intersection of technology, law and policy. Angelina is an Assistant General Editor and the Book Review Editor of the Australian Law Journal (a national legal journal), and sits on the Courts and Education Committees of the Law Society of Western Australia. Angelina graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in 2001 and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in 2003 before working as a tipstaff for the Hon. Mr Justice Hamilton of the Equity Division of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. In 2011, she completed a Master of Laws, also with the University of Sydney.
