Personal bio
Lawyer graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, with a Master's Degree in Government and Public Administration from the Instituto Ortega y Gasset in Madrid, Spain. Expert in public-private partnerships, government procurement, energy and mining. In the public sector, she has been Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Economy and Finance and at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, and has been Legal Manager of OSINERGMIN, the energy regulatory agency. She has participated in major infrastructure projects: exploitation and export of natural gas; airports, ports, power plants, highways, telecommunications networks, among others. In the private sector she is a legal and corporate strategy advisor and director of private and public companies. She is a registered arbitrator with the Lima Chamber of Commerce, the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru-AmCham Perú and a member of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). She is a registered arbitrator at the Catholic University of Peru. Member of the Peruvian Arbitration Chapter of the ICC. She has been consul of New Zealand in Peru, decorated in Chile and distinguished in New Zealand, Australia and Thailand.
