A Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in Offshore Private Wealth Management and Mutual Funds Industry. Experienced Finance and Accounting Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the areas of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency. Skilled in Portfolio Management, Budgeting, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, Investment Valuation, Strategic Planning, and Forensic Accounting.
Nicolette is the 2024-2026 Co-Chair of the Caribbean Committee for the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations and a former Board of Director of the Bahamas Financial Services Board. She is a signing member of the CIArb Bahamas Branch in 2011; and have worked at the Executive Committee level for over 12 years. She is also the former Honorary Treasurer of the CIArb Bahamas Branch, a position held for the two years terms in the period 2020-2022. She is nature enthusiast who loves plants, birds and growing beautiful flowers and roses.
