Experienced Finance and Accounting Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the areas of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency. Skilled in Portfolio Management, Budgeting, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, Investment Valuation, Strategic Planning, and Forensic Accounting.
Nicolette is the 2024-2026 Co-Chair of the Caribbean Committee for the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations and a former Board of Director of the Bahamas Financial Services Board. She is a signing member of the CIArb Bahamas Branch in 2011; and have worked at the Executive Committee level for over 12 years including serving two years as Honorary Treasurer.
