Personal bio
Over the last 30 years, I have worked in the construction field, especially plant and infrastructure projects as a member of the top-tier EPC Contractors since 1993. In the course of the projects, lots of disputes with clients, vendors and subcontractors have encouraged me to be familiar with ADR. Even if ADR has not been extensively used in Korea, skill and knowledge on ADR are essential in the execution of overseas projects.
