Personal bio
Katharine is approachable, knowledgeable and was an early advocate of NCDR and direct access. She practices in financial remedy (including trusts of land and intervenor disputes) and private law children. Katharine lectures frequently for all the major CPD providers, has been a pupil supervisor and mentor for over 20 years and has written a book on Schedule 1 which is in its second edition.
