Bhagya Weerasena, a qualified quantity surveyor, is actively involved in commercial resolution with a specialization in International Commercial Arbitration. He consistently serves as a party-appointed or sole arbitrator, participating in arbitrations conducted under various institutional rules and in ad hoc settings. In addition to his arbitration work, Bhagya devotes time to contributing to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He regularly assesses candidates for the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and assessments in the Quantity Surveying pathway. Bhagya is proficient in both Sinhalese and English languages.
