A consulting project director with 3 Decades of experience for both client and EPC contractor sides in large scale oil, gas, refining, petrochemical, pipelines and infrastructure projects with diverse and extensive experience in set up, execution, claim management and dispute resolution. Locations included Azerbaijan, Albania, India, Russia, Qatar, Kuwait, UAE and Turkey.
Nesim possesses strong problem-solving abilities and has a demonstrated capability to handle diverse tasks in a fast paced and challenging environment. He also has proven negotiation abilities including a high level of Contractual Right determination skills. He has an open, outgoing personality combined with strong management capabilities in coordinating various groups / disciplines to fulfil work requirements and bring tasks to completion within required deadlines.
