Nasir Ahmed Khan MBE FCIARB FCIPS FCInstCES PE is a distinguished engineer, chartered quantity surveyor, and procurement specialist with over 20 years of experience in the construction, engineering, and infrastructure sectors. His expertise spans the UK, Middle East, South Asia, North America, and Europe, covering major projects in energy, utilities, commercial property, oil and gas, manufacturing, ports, highways, and rail.
Nasir is highly skilled in preparing, analysing, and submitting expert witness reports and contractual claims. He has extensive commercial and contractual knowledge, having worked with various standard and bespoke contract forms. His dispute resolution experience includes international arbitration, adjudication, and mediation, where he has acted as an advisor, expert, mediator, and arbitrator.
He is a fellow of several prestigious institutes, including the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, and Chartered Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors. Nasir currently chairs the UK Construction Industry Council (CIC) Liability Panel and is the founding Director and Vice Chair of the CIArb Pakistan Branch. He co-founded Muslims in Rail, serves on various charitable advisory boards, and was awarded an MBE for his contributions to equality, diversity, and inclusion by Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
