- International Construction Barrister. With 25 years of experience, specialises in the resolution and avoidance of disputes arising out of international construction and engineering projects, particularly under the FIDIC forms. In 2021, Legal 500 reported “Taner Dedezade, a trained barrister, is highly regarded for his advocacy work.” - Dispute Resolver. TECBAR accredited Dispute Board Member, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is listed as a GIAC arbitrator in Georgia. Recently appointed to the FIDIC Presidents List of Approved Dispute Adjudicators. Currently acting as an arbitrator in relation to a commercial dispute by virtue of being on the CIArb DAS Panel. - World-Renowned Speaker. FIDIC-accredited trainer. Delivered numerous lectures and workshops all round the world. Awarded FIDIC trainer of the year award in 2020. Invited by FIDIC to deliver “Top-Up Training” on FIDIC 2017 forms to 1) Members of the FIDIC President’s List; and 2) FIDIC Accredited Trainers.
